Most IT companies tell you to get a UPS but can't install it. We're the only SA managed IT provider with qualified electricians — we size, supply and install your complete load shedding solution. One call, one quote, SANS 10142 compliant.
Complete protection requires three things together: (1) a correctly sized UPS installed by a qualified electrician to SANS 10142 standard, (2) cloud backup independent of local power, and (3) VoIP call divert to mobile during outages. Cybergenix and our partner RCE Electric deliver all three as one solution. One quote, one point of contact.

In South Africa, installing a UPS into an electrical distribution board constitutes electrical work under SANS 10142-1 and the OHS Act. This work must be performed by a qualified, registered electrician. An IT technician is not legally qualified to do this — and installations by unqualified persons may void your insurance and create liability under the OHS Act. Through our partner RCE Electric, we provide the complete solution — correctly sized, legally installed, COC issued.
